Article 2 What data do we use?

We process your (company) name, address, place of residence, e-mail, telephone number, financial data and other data that are necessary to optimally provide our services to you. We use this information to make you a satisfied customer during the term of our agreement. We store this data for up to 1 year after the end of our agreement.
To manage your order, we will store your name, delivery address, billing address, e-mail, telephone number and payment details in our customer database for up to 7 years after the conclusion of our agreement. We do this on account of the implementation and possible amendment of the agreement, as well as an obligation to the Dutch tax authorities.
For invoicing and financial administration, we process your (company) name, billing address, any Chamber of Commerce data, e-mail, customer number, telephone number, bank details and outstanding balance. We cannot process your payment without this information. According to a legal obligation of the tax authorities, we must keep this data for 7 years. After this period, we will anonymize your data.
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our services, we will process your name, address, e-mail, telephone number and the content of this complaint in order to arrive at the best possible solution for you. We use this information for the optimal execution of the agreement. We will delete data related to complaints 1 year after handling.
We have a commercial interest in using some of your personal data for marketing purposes. We process your name and social media account for social media marketing. We will delete this data as soon as you indicate that you no longer wish to be contacted by us.
We use analytics services to enable and optimize this website. We have a commercial interest in using your surfing behaviour and related data to analyze our service and improve it where necessary.
